What was the objective behind your collaboration?StoryOfAMS heeft geholpen bij de ontwikkeling van tools om van Intersport een omnichannel retailer te maken, door middel van het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van apps voor winkelmedewerkers. Ook hebben ze geholpen bij het ontwikkelen van website onderdelen zoals bijvoorbeeld guided selling tools.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Het enthousiasme, de snelheid en flexibiliteit. Samen met enkele winkelmedewerkers uit verschillende landen waren er wekelijkse demo's en momenten van feedback. Doordat deze snel werden doorgevoerd merkten we dat het enthousiasme vanuit de winkelmedewerkers enorm groeide. Dat heeft de adoptie en gebruik van de apps vervolgens sterk verhoogd. Ook na die tijd waren er regelmatig updates en verbeteringen die altijd snel en met kwaliteit werden opgeleverd.
