What was the objective behind your collaboration?Motif Agency and their lack of seriousness in paying translators since last November. I find them to be evasive and unprofessional in their payment practices. Their employees are disrespectful and unworthy of trust and responsibility. They manipulate their staff in a demeaning manner. My dues were $370, but they reduced it to $249, yet they still avoid transferring the payment and provide flimsy and unconvincing excuses to forget about your rights and avoid communication.

Are there any areas for improvements?They lied about my bank refusing the transfer, which is false as I receive monthly transfers from Qatar to the same account. Even when they lied and said the bank refused, they didn't contact me or offer an alternative. I have sent dozens of emails, but they rudely and disrespectfully ignore the responses in the accounting department. They are thieves and dishonorable, and I never recommend dealing with them. Be cautious and vigilant.
