Project Description
Targeting and value validation of a new service idea for a BtoBtoC model under consideration by the client.
The project structure includes five client representatives, one sales representative, two service consultants and two designers.
My role and implementation matters

Details of the implementation process
1. Hearing of issues and requirements
1. "The business ideas we have been considering cannot clarify who and what the service solves, and we cannot make a decision on whether we should continue to consider them or not."
2. "We've come up with a number of specific feature ideas, but we're not sure which ones users will appreciate."
3. "This time it's a BtoBtoC business model, but it's not clear who the decision-maker, Centre B, will be in the first place."
2. Advance research
1. Interviews with the client about the sales strategy planned internally and the client's business strategy.
2. Desk research on the idea under consideration.
3. Hypothesis setting
1. Based on the desk research results, the potential target users of the project are categorised and organised into 8 types of end-users and 3 types of payment wise users.
2. Workshop-style discussions to determine one type of potential target user for each.
4. Research planning and implementation
1. Develop an interview plan and interview guide to understand the user profile and validate ideas.
2. Recruiting and interviewing subjects in line with the user profile (number of interviews conducted: 4 end-users, 2 decision-makers).
5. Idea brush-up
1. Workshop-style analysis of the findings from the interviews.
2. Brush up on ideas based on interview results.
6. Concept creation
1. Organize the results of the analysis in a form that can be easily used in future projects and prepare a research report.
2. Create personas based on the results of the analysis.
3.
