Part of the assignment involved proof-reading of business-related content like blogs, whitepapers, emailers and case studies. Other assignments included writing fresh content for social media assets. websites and videos. Design assignments included creating short informative video for case studies and also short animated posts to capture key features of a case study. Scope of work was ranging from editing to fresh content creation as required. Deliverables were around understanding the brief for the project, correct language usage, checking for errors / plagiarism, differentiated and interesting content and design creation, timely delivery and quick turnaround in some cases. Their project management was satisfactory, and most assignments were delivered on time. They were responsive to feedback and urgent requests.
