I am the president of Monolith Agency, a company that specializes in designing and developing unique digital solutions for our clients. Our main objective is to provide an exceptional user experience while keeping up with the ever-evolving technology landscape. Opportunity/Challenge: Our client, a foundation, approached us with the need to develop a complex website that offered a seamless user experience, increased traffic and ranking, and provided an efficient backend system for managing the site. As a result, Monolith Agency sought to collaborate with a reliable partner to handle the coding and integration of this sophisticated project. Solution: We chose Webisoft as our development partner due to their extensive expertise in various web technologies, as well as their experience in multiple facets of web development, such as frontend, backend, SEO, and SEM. This made them a perfect fit for the job, as they could provide the comprehensive technical support we needed. Scope of Work: Monolith Agency was responsible for the UX and UI design of the website, while Webisoft took charge of configuring the backend and coding the frontend. The project involved a close collaboration between our internal project manager and Webisoft's project manager, who utilized Jira and Confluence by Atlassian for task management, milestone tracking, and documentation. Webisoft's Team Composition: Our collaboration involved working closely with a team of four professionals from Webisoft, including three web developers and one project manager. Results & Feedback: The end product was a website with a significantly improved user experience, which led to increased traffic and ranking for our client. Additionally, the bounce rate was reduced, and the average user time spent on the site increased, indicating the success of the project. Project Management Style: Webisoft's project management style was direct and efficient. They were able to maintain open lines of communication with our team throughout the project, ensuring that timelines were almost always met.
