Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?The board was increasingly getting frustrated because of falling revenues and increasing costs. The previous advertising agency that we had hired was just not delivering as we had hoped for. When we contracted Olkapiads, they brought in great advertising ideas and through their marketing efforts, we were able to increase sales and also build our brand equity.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?These guys are creatives and geniuses! I like how they use simple ideas and concepts to create a connection with our customers. The last campaign that they did for us was in 2019 and it is still felt even today 7 months down the line.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?They should look at the possibility of increasing their support staff. It takes a bit longer to get an email reply.
