We don’t preach, we offer practical stepping stones to grow towards a more relevant, differentiated and performing content marketing plan. What we seek is a razor-sharp and measurable digital plan that focuses on IMPACT: business impact, marketing impact, and preferably societal impact.

1/ The Boson Content Creator Collective is the engine
We have a database of 200 passionate creators, that we manage for you and who have 3 things in common and make them much more performant in content creation:
- they have a passion for your topic
- they are an expert in a certain format (social copywriting, blog writing, video, illustration, video...)
- they are an expert in a specific channel (from print magazines, over online blogs to Tiktok or podcasting)
2/ Performance based content sprints
We don't believe in lengthy strategic tracks. We focus on quarterly or monthly plans with a clear focus. A focus on a specific audience, a specific KPI and an approach that allows to test and learn. We organise monthly editorial and optimisation meetings where you can hold us accountable for the results and where we discuss what we will to to optimize efforts and scale success.
3/ Temp payrolling
The result of a successful content marketing programme, is often more budget and more resources needed. And we know that finding great content creators is very difficult nowadays. That is why we offer temp help coming out of our Content Creator Collective.
4/ Collaboration at the core
We partner and collaborate via joint sprints, we don't preach and get out. Yes, you can make us accountable!
5/ Part of a bigger network
We are part of the &KOO communication network of niche experts. So, if things are too little in our expertise, there's always a company in the network that can help you out. If that should be needed. If not, it's just us... making you happy!
