StoryToen we BCMD in 2000 in Amsterdam gestart zijn, hadden we één simpel doel: IT moet werkbaar, persoonlijk en betrouwbaar zijn. We luisteren eerst, analyseren vervolgens en bouwen daarna oplossingen op basis van de cloud die écht passen bij de organisatie. In de loop der jaren hebben we vaak buiten kantooruren storingen verholpen en waar nodig ter plaatse ondersteuning geboden. We geloven niet in tussenpersonen: geen accountmanagers, maar directe lijnen naar onze technici. Dat levert snelle oplossingen en langdurig vertrouwen. We zijn trots op voorspelbare kosten, slimme standaardoplossingen en de rust die klanten ervaren dankzij veilige back-ups, stabiele netwerken en heldere communicatie.
