Our “Toygineering” process covers the full journey: research & ideation, toy industrial design, mechanical engineering, prototyping, DFM, tooling, compliance (EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, EMC/RF) and factory-side production management. Typical projects include RC vehicles, electronic water blasters, squishy collectibles (PU & TPR), STEM / educational toys and kids’ gadgets. We either plug into your existing supply base or connect you with vetted factories in hubs like Shenzhen and Chenghai / Shantou.     Toy Product Development, Sourcing & Project Management We manage the full toy development journey between your team and Chinese factories. Our Toygineering process covers research & ideation, toy industrial design, mechanical engineering, prototyping & DFM, tooling, compliance planning (EN 71, ASTM F963, CPSIA) and production management. We also handle toy sourcing in China: vetting factories, reviewing audits (BSCI, Sedex, ISO), negotiating pricing & MOQs, coordinating samples and setting up quality control and AQL plans.
