NOTRE TERRAIN DE JEU Recherche Pour comprendre au mieux les besoins de vos utilisateurs, nous effectuons des interviews et des sondages. Nous réalisons ensuite des personae pour cibler davantage ce qui rendrait votre interface plus engageante et intuitive. Suite à nos résultats, nous sommes capables d’établir un parcours utilisateurs pertinent et d’imaginer les principales fonctionnalités. Ateliers Selon les besoins de votre projet, nous vous proposons différents ateliers groupés. Le Design Sprint est par exemple une méthode d’innovation qui vise à accélérer la créativité, ainsi que la résolution de problèmes sur un produit. En seulement quelques jours, nous travaillons en collaboration avec nos clients au travers de différents ateliers, pour imaginer, tester et prototyper une idée. Audit UX/UI L'audit est une évaluation de l’interface utilisateur d’un site web ou d’une application déjà existante. Selon différents critères tels que l’architecture, le parcours utilisateurs, le choix des couleurs ou des icônes, nous allons pouvoir faire un état des lieux des différentes fonctionnalités et fournir des recommandations. Nous effectuons aussi bien des audits UX, que des audits UI. Création UX Après avoir imaginé les principales fonctionnalités du futur site/application, nous sommes en mesure de créer des wireframes. Cette étape nous permet de concevoir l’interface utilisateur en créant des maquettes en noir et blanc où nous plaçons les premiers éléments qui constitueront la future solution digitale. Création UI Une fois que les wireframes sont prêts, on peut passer à la création UI (User interface). Pour mener à bien cette étape nous effectuons une veille graphique pour trouver le design le plus adapté à votre solution. Nos designers s’attèlent ensuite à la création d’un design system complet, avant de passer à l’intégration UI des maquettes.
