Appoint.ly is a tool that helps people schedule their appointments. We started working with Neoteric development team in 2016 and continue the cooperation since that time. They helped us describe the requirements, validate the idea, design the product and develop it. In the beginning, there were 6 people involved, including the project manager and the product owner but once the product was launched, we were able to reduce the team size or to switch team members accordingly to our needs. Neoteric helped us develop Appoint.ly in an Agile, iterative way, which helped us get feedback from the customers very early. The first working version that we could present was built in only 11 weeks! Thanks to that, we were able to verify our hypothesis and to adjust further development of the product, the next features, and integrations, to our users’ needs, accordingly to the feedback we got. The project has gone smoother than we thought possible. During the whole project, we had access to the project management board, time reports, and burndown charts. We were in direct contact with every member of the team and we had regular team meetings. If any problem appeared or if there was the slightest risk of any delay, we always knew about it in advance. They were always very flexible, responsive, and ready to discuss the new ideas. The cost was also fine. The scope of the project was carefully adjusted to our budget so we were not surprised at any stage. We were working on time&material base, which gives us a lot of flexibility when it came to getting feedback from users and changing the initial requirements.
