Womafreesm: a global infrastructure for women's influence.
Womafreesm is a global infrastructure for women's influence and an international nonprofit organization. It transforms women's lived experiences into data and evidence that can become the basis for new rules, laws, standards, and decisions. Founded in 2025 by Marina Sukhomlinova, Founder & President, Womafreesm is registered in the United States and recognized as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity. It works online and internationally, with a team distributed across countries. Womafreesm Evidence Data turns women's experience from personal stories into evidence-based data. Its first major international research module is the Audit 45-64, an international comparative audit of the age-gender misclassification of women aged 45-64 in AI, marketing and hiring, covering Germany, Poland, Spain, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. The Women's Life-Cycle Economy Index (WLCE Index) is the first global index of institutional consideration of the female life cycle, and 2026 is its architecture year. The Womafreesm Women's Protection Pathway is one safe entry into help, wherever a woman is: its help finder shows working help services by situation and country. Legal Rapid Response is the legal work of Womafreesm on systemic errors. When the cases of many women show the same error in a rule, a procedure or a law, Womafreesm lawyers prepare petitions and legal documents. The Womafreesm World Women's Assembly is an international alliance of women, women's organizations, experts, lawyers, researchers and institutions. 5 people in their team
