TechCrafters delivers bespoke Industrial IoT solutions—from hardware R&D and sensing to firmware/edge, data platform, and small/medium-batch production. We follow a PoC-to-Production approach: a focused PoC (4–6 weeks) on a real use case to validate KPI and ROI, then we support industrialisation with BOM, testing, and EMC pre-compliance. Core skills: embedded design (ESP32/STM32), networks LoRaWAN / NB-IoT / LTE-M / Wi-Fi / BLE, OTA and security, integration with ERP/MES/SCADA via API/CSV, KPI dashboards and reporting. We implement traceability (RFID/NFC/QR), plant retrofits (filters/valves, energy, water), data acquisition for LCA/DPP/ESG, and edge-AI for anomaly detection on industrial signals. We operate white-label for integrators and consulting firms, under NDA with clear documentation. Clients choose us for speed (rapid PoCs, lightweight integration), pragmatism (measurable deliverables), and manufacturing capability (limited series ready for field use).
