On paper, HeySquad is a digital marketing agency in the Liège region, Belgium. In practice, it's an external marketing team that settles into your organisation and works like an internal team: same tools, same rituals, same business objectives. The method: understand your business from the inside, prioritise, execute, then pass the know-how on to your team. Six areas of expertise, each led by a senior profile: strategy (media plan, brand voice, e-commerce), paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), tracking and measurement (GA4, server-side GTM, dashboards), conversion (UX audits, A/B testing), marketing automation (CRM, n8n, Odoo, HubSpot), SEO and content (technical SEO, pillar pages, copywriting). You speak directly to the people doing the work, with no salesperson or middleman project manager. Billing on a time and materials basis, €80 to €110 per hour excluding VAT depending on the profile: the longer the engagement, the lower the rate, and a short or one-off mission is billed at full rate. Your Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console accounts stay in your name from day one. Based in Dison, thirty minutes from Liège, we support Belgian companies in B2B and B2C: renewable energy, industry, outdoor landscaping, events and leisure, real estate, e-commerce. Twenty companies supported since 2023. Three clients have worked with the squad for nearly three years, and none has left: Brasero in events, Ecostal Group across six brands and three countries, and Amecam in niche B2B. On these missions: 3.6x traffic in the first year, +22% conversion value recovered, 397 qualified leads over thirty months on a constant budget. We work à la carte: a one-off mission, or an ongoing engagement on three months minimum, renewable quarterly. Two rules either way: transparency on every hour billed and a right of refusal for both parties.
