AUTOMATED EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

While some manufacturers are still doubting what strategy they should pursue via social media, customers are using social media almost on an hourly basis. We help manufacturers to build an online audience that convert to direct customers. For social selling we are in particular working with Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.

SOCIAL CARE AND REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
Where word of mouth was a 1 on 1 activity, nowadays it is a 1 to thousands activity through social media. Wether you want it or not, customers are mentioning you on social media and expect action. For social care and reputation management we are in particular looking at Facebook and Twitter.

Description
EMAKERS developed a so-called SITE AUDIT for manufacturers to receive an extended management report on the status of the existing website in relation to the company's ambition. The report combines the results from automated machine tests and human interpretation. Typically we advise customers to do a full audit at least once a year.
