RecommendedHow do I differentiate myself from other agencies in Geneva? 1/ My Decathlon experience : This is my greatest strength and the element that sets me apart from everyone else. The fact that I managed all their Google Ads campaigns gives me invaluable experience. Indeed, I have access to many tools, methodologies, and above all, best practices that we test daily on Google Ads. Thus, I know exactly what works or not because I will have tested it with Decathlon (example: what is Pmax worth? Do you need to be granular or not? How to effectively drive performance? The different investment ratios in the top, mid, and low funnel, etc.). In short, many super interesting levers to reuse for smaller businesses. I'm not saying Decathlon is perfect on Google Ads, but I think it remains a very good example, like a €1 million Google Ads budget per month, which allows me to test everything and know what type of campaign is currently working best. 2/ My specialization in Google Ads : I only do Google Ads, which allows me to be ultra-specialized. 3/ Granularity : Coming from retail with many products, I like granular structures. I therefore avoid Google's pitfalls (like Performance Max campaigns) and multiply campaigns to understand well what works or not (e.g., one per activity, one per device, I also split brand/generic, etc.) 4/ My business mindset : It allows me to drive my Google Ads campaigns on pure, hard performance. To bring a real financial/accounting vision to the campaigns and not just run them basically to provide visibility.
