Spécialement créée pour répondre aux œuvres, produits ou services dans le cadre des nouvelles technologies (plateformes internet, applications numériques, etc.), comme son nom l'indique eTELENIMA n'est autre que le département entièrement dédié à la création et optimisation numérique de TELENIMA. La révolution digitale est un fait. La numérisation (digitalisation) se fait donc à travers toute sa chaîne de valeur. Par conséquent, eTELENIMA a débuté son activité, en 2017, comme une refonte complète et structurelle du fonctionnement de TELENIMA. Composée de personnel hautement qualifié, à la fois organisé, compétent, mais surtout impliqué dans la réussite des projets, la filiale eTELENIMA est très présente dans les domaines de l'audiovisuel et du web. Dans le cadre du plan COVID-19, concentrant tout effort déployé, entre 2020 et 2022 elle a produit plus d'une centaine de contenus médicaux pour les grands groupes de santé mondiaux.
