Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?I wanted to increase my webshop revenues as my in-store revenue was the only one i had. This meant increasing my customer base and selling across the Netherlands and Belgium.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?Dylan and Gijs knew immediately what was necessary to generate profitable sales. They rebuilt my webshop with a great design that resulted in more sales. Also, I really enjoyed that they based all their decisions on data. Furthermore, I valued their hard work, dedication, hands-on mentality, transparency, and honesty.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?We wilde een betere webshop en onze producten op grotere schaal gaan verkopen via online marketing. Ook wilde we meer winkelbezoeken. Naast onze normale webshop wilde we ook meer aanvragen voor onze grotere ballondecoraties.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?Gijs & Dylan en hun team zijn enorm gedreven en meedenkend. Het is meer dan online marketing. Ze wisten precies wat er nodig was om een goede webshop te bouwen en te optimaliseren + als ik nog wensen heb voor aanpassingen vullen ze het aan met hun expertise en voeren ze het snel door. Daarnaast zetten ze de juiste advertentie campagnes op op social media en google voor de evenementen die het hele jaar door komen. Ze zijn gewoon heel mee-denkend, transparant en eerlijk.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?We wanted to grow our sales as we were stuck at a certain level. We also wanted to expand our brand and reach a broader target market. For this we needed conversion rate optimization, advertising, content and e-mail marketing which managed perfectly!

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?The team of Mind for Business is very transparent and focussed on results. They were able to increase our sales with 250% really quick, compared to our previous agency, who could not exceed a certain point of profitable sales. Furthermore we really appreciated the honest & strong communication and the integrity of Gijs and Dylan.
