Intelisoft is een Brits softwarebedrijf dat oplossingen op maat met AI ontwikkelt, evenals de producten eromheen. We werken met startups en gevestigde bedrijven in de VS, het VK en Europa, in sectoren variërend van gezondheidszorg en verzekeringen tot fintech, retail en B2B-diensten. We hebben meer dan 100 projecten opgeleverd. Een steeds groter deel daarvan draait om AI: copilots die documenten opstellen terwijl mensen werken, AI-agents die routinematige verzoeken en goedkeuringen afhandelen, en automatisering die gegevens uit oude en nieuwe systemen samenbrengt in één duidelijk overzicht. In een recent project stelt een oplossing klinische notities op terwijl een arts met de patiënt praat. Een andere oplossing helpt een regionale verzekeraar om aanvragen voor voorafgaande goedkeuring in uren in plaats van dagen te verwerken. We zetten AI in waar het daadwerkelijk helpt en laten kritieke beslissingen aan mensen over. Voordat we code schrijven, praten we uitgebreid met de mensen die het product zullen gebruiken: operationele teams, supportmedewerkers, managers en eindgebruikers. Software faalt wanneer die geen rekening houdt met hoe mensen echt werken. Dat ontdekken we liever in week één dan na de lancering. Ons team is bewust klein.
