They provided custom software development services for my EdTech platform and assisted us with art direction, project documentation, and full technical implementation.

While we handled the design ourselves, our lack of technical implementation knowledge was a problem — until Goodface stepped in. They flawlessly managed all development processes. Their workflow was fast and clear. It also felt like our product manager, Dima, was genuinely invested in developing the product, bringing in new ideas and the best implementation strategies. This was incredibly valuable to us.
Zijn er verbeterpunten?I would like to have more communication with the whole team to better understand the processes, but I recognize that it can be unnecessary in outsourcing. Overall, everything else was just great.
