BLUE ROCK GEAR is een webstudio in Tokio die bedrijven helpt om de Japanse markt te betreden en te laten groeien. Japan binnenkomen is zelden een vertaalprobleem. Japanse kopers verwachten een andere informatiestroom, een andere volgorde voor het opbouwen van vertrouwen, en kanalen die de meeste westerse strategieën missen - LINE, Yahoo! Japan, Japanse SEO en binnenlandse betaalgewoonten. Wij bouwen native voor deze verwachtingen, omdat we hier werken. Wat we doen: Japanstalige websites en landingspagina's, bedrijfs- en wervingssites, e-commerce inclusief multi-store operaties, boekings- en lidmaatschapssystemen, en doorlopende website-exploitatie na de lancering. We wijzen ook op de Japanse reclame- en etiketteringsregels die nieuwkomers vaak in de val lokken. Hoe we werken: voordat u zich committeert, bouwen we een daadwerkelijke werkende demo van uw site - geen powerpoint. U ziet het echte werk, klikt erop op uw telefoon en beslist van daaruit. Het neemt het giswerk weg en versnelt beslissingen. We werken in het Japans en Engels, leveren de meeste projecten in 1-2 maanden, en houden de prijzen transparant.

Ongoing operation of live sites: content updates, order and enquiry handling, performance and security maintenance, and incremental improvement after launch. We currently run sites for retail, beauty, medical aesthetics and food manufacturers, including a Korean-owned operator working in the Japanese market. For overseas clients this means your Japanese site stays maintained by people in the same time zone as your customers, in Japanese, without you staffing for it.

Design driven by how the page has to perform, not by trend. We prepare real, clickable design directions - usually more than one - so you can compare them as actual pages rather than static mockups. Japanese users expect a different information density and trust-building sequence from Western audiences, and we design to that. Responsive and mobile-first by default, since most Japanese traffic is mobile.

Recent work includes reservation and customer-management systems delivered with the site itself, and multi-store order handling. We start from your operational flow, then build.
