Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?The contact with my key account (and the team). She really listens to our 'case' and always comes up with a good idea our solution. Also the flexibility and the human and spontaneous approach make it a true joy to work together (big thanks!).

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?It would be nice if for each campaign benchmarks are given at 'the pitch of a campaign' so that it is easier to follow up/ analyse the result of a campaign and to pitch upcoming campaigns towards the board. Now I have the feeling that some tools are missing to give the exact info/KPI's/ report of a campaign. It could also help us to get learnings for other campaigns.
