INSAIM est une agence de design et de développement pour les entreprises SaaS, d’IA et de technologies de la santé. Fondée il y a 9 ans, INSAIM réunit au sein d’une même équipe le design UX/UI, l’identité de marque et le développement sur Webflow/Framer, et travaille avec des équipes du monde entier. Notre façon de travailler : Des designers seniors travaillent directement avec les clients. Un chef de projet dédié gère le calendrier et le processus, afin qu’aucune tâche ne soit oubliée entre les réunions ou transmise d’une équipe à l’autre. INSAIM conçoit pour l’incertitude. La plupart des produits SaaS et d’IA sont utilisés par des personnes qui n’ont pas encore décidé si elles pouvaient faire confiance à l’outil. Les décisions d’interface, l’onboarding et le niveau d’explication du produit sont pensés en conséquence. INSAIM est spécialisée dans trois secteurs : le SaaS, l’IA et les technologies de la santé. Chacun possède ses propres contraintes — la densité des données dans les tableaux de bord SaaS, la confiance et l’explicabilité dans les produits d’IA, ainsi que la conformité et les flux de travail cliniques dans les technologies de la santé. Nos standards : Une immersion complète dans le produit et son secteur avant de proposer des solutions — nous commençons par comprendre le marché, les utilisateurs et les contraintes. Les objectifs commerciaux passent avant l’esthétique. Chaque décision de design est liée aux besoins de l’entreprise et vérifiée à l’aide des données lorsqu’elles sont disponibles. Les modèles conformes aux standards du secteur sont un point de départ, pas un modèle à appliquer — nous les évaluons en fonction du produit au lieu de les utiliser par défaut.
