    Rozenama is an Iraqi e-commerce platform that gives merchants a complete online store and an order management system in one place, with no development work required. We work with merchants who sell through Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook and need to move from manual notebooks and screenshots to a real system. Setup takes days, not months. What we deliver: - A branded online store in Arabic, mobile-first, built for the Iraqi market - Order management with full status tracking from confirmation to delivery - Inventory tracking per product, with stock movement visibility - Integration with Iraqi delivery companies and local payment gateways - Analytics by governorate, by customer and by product - Discount coupons, Meta Pixel and marketing tools - AI-assisted tools built into the dashboard - An Arabic-speaking support team based in Baghdad Our approach: we onboard the merchant, migrate their product catalogue, connect their delivery and payment setup, then train them on the dashboard.
