I'm the Product head, that is developing a technology based e-procurement system to bring transparency, actionability, and efficiency to the mostly opaque market of tendering and help companies to find out vendor/supplier for their procurement department needs. We wanted to create a unified, intuitive and efficient way for buyers to release RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ etc) events to open up a world of e-procurement opportunity. We were looking for a partner to help us develop a new platform. I came to them with a basic concept of what we wanted to accomplish and they helped me turn it into a usable product. They designed the interface and produced the mock-ups, overseeing every detail of the UX/UI. Rootsquare Technologies provides server support, Staging & Production Deployment, DFD / SRS / TSD Creation UI design, product development and QA testing. Project Duration: July 2017 - October 2018 Technologies Used: Php Laravel (for web and admin), MY SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX Project Value: USD 250,000 Rootsquare developed the complete stack of a Linux Laravel Cloud-based SAS Platform that has a central server matching the interests of buyers and sellers. Two Projects were executed by Root Square Technologies for our company 1) Property Management System 2) Accounting System Project Duration: February 2018 - November 2018 Technologies Used: Android, iOS, Node Js (for api), Laravel (for web and admin) Project Value: USD 100,000 (Approx. MYR 400,000) Rootsquare Technologies was engaging with us like a partner rather than a vendor right from day one of the initiation of the project. They worked along with our team to study, analyse and developed the SRS, DFD's, preparing roadmap on how & stages of system development, Project Plan and architecture diagram Both the projects got completed within the project time frame and it was seamless due to the following reasons: 1) Capturing MOM and sharing it to the relevant "Steering Committee Team" for their action 2) Daily stand-up call for 10mins 3) Weekly Status meetings 4) Anytime communication (this was vital since we were able to communicate with them thru all modes which includes emails, Skype, WhatsApp and TeamViewer etc) - Team was available to attend to our calls & chats as and when required The applications developed by Rootsquare was excellent with a fantastic visual appeal. Any bugs found during the testing phase was addressed quickly and professionally
