Each client is paired with a dedicated project lead who owns timeline, budget, channel mix, and reporting. We run everything from single-role recruitment campaigns to multi-quarter EB rollouts spanning HR, marketing, communications, and external creative partners. Because our project managers sit inside an agency that also owns the content production, paid-social execution, and recruitment software, handoffs disappear – what would normally take three vendors and a steering group becomes a monthly check-in and one dashboard. What's included: dedicated project lead, kickoff and discovery, briefing and stakeholder alignment, content and media production scheduling, campaign launch coordination, monthly reporting against KPIs, and continuous optimization.
