Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?We released a new character class, and our major goal was to showcase it to the player base, bring players to take it for a spin, and, by way of a bonus task, attract a new audience. Our go-to campaign was to be something special, so we sought out an agency with a strong focus on special projects.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?They found the perfect cosplayer with matching audience demographics. But their main strength was creativity: they brought the character to life through cosplay and created a video blending reality with virtual adventure. They also produced limited edition gift boxes with cards and figurines inspired by the cosplay. We wanted something unique, and AAA Agency delivered.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?We are highly satisfied with the agency’s work, so no major improvements are to be noted.

Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?We wanted to build our brand’s visibility among the youth in Europe. Our goal was to make a campaign that would generate impressions and engagement with our brand on social media and website among audiences.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?We were impressed with the agency’s research skills and ability to find the perfect influencers. Even more impressive was how they managed all blogger communication. With so many influencers, we couldn’t have run the campaign without their support. They ensured each blogger understood their role, agreed on content, and posted on time. They also resolved issues and set up a system to ensure timely payments to over 100 bloggers.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?Sometimes they were going a little too much into the details, which made this more complicated for us: the agency team organized meetings to agree on every single change they made. But in the end, it led to great results, so we are not complaining!

Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?As the CMO of an e-commerce project (handcrafted furniture and home accessories) I faced the challenge of launching in LATAM, a new territory with a lot of competitors. Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?Having Spanish speakers on AAA’s team would have made things even better. But this is more of a suggestion than a criticism from our side.
