Why Communications is opgericht door Monique Botman, een veelzijdige professional met 25 jaar ervaring in het communicatievak, zowel inhoudelijk als op het gebied van het managen van communicatie. Diensten Why Communications is gespecialiseerd in verschillende communicatie disciplines, zoals: Corporate communications; reputatiemanagement, issuesmanagement, crisiscommunicatie, stakeholdercommunicatie en –management. Geïntegreerde communicatiestrategie (interim) management. Beleidscommunicatie Campagnes en campagnemanagement, inclusief social en digital campagnes Public Relations; woordvoering en mediarelaties Contentstrategie en contentmanagement. Why Communications richt zich op organisaties en projecten die maatschappelijke impact hebben. Denk aan (semi)overheid, ngo’s, commerciële initiatieven met maatschappelijke impact. Hoe Why Communincations werkt Why Communications werkt vanuit kritisch partnerschap. Altijd op zoek naar de vraag achter de vraag, op zoek naar het ‘waarom’. Ik wil opdrachtgevers uitdagen, een spiegel voorhouden en hem of haar helpen een vraagstuk vanuit verschillende perspectieven te bekijken. Onder het motto ‘niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het zinvol is’ ben ik  kritisch over de meerwaarde van de inzet van communicatie(middelen) als andere (bijvoorbeeld bedrijfsorganisatorische) oplossingen effectiever zijn. Maar wel altijd als partners, vanuit de gedachte dat samenwerking essentieel is voor effectieve en duurzame communicatie. Waar nuttig en nodig werk ik samen met experts bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van design, ontwikkeling van digitale middelen en media en tekstschrijven. Naast het uitvoeren van projecten ben ik ook beschikbaar als tijdelijke vervanging of aanvulling op uw team.
