Upper Medic was founded in 2017, with offices in Riyadh and Cairo, by a founding team drawn from within the healthcare sector. At the time, we identified a clear gap in the market: the lack of professional marketing services tailored specifically to healthcare. Most campaigns relied on generic messaging and traditional tools, with little consideration for the sector’s unique dynamics or the sensitivity of its audiences. We chose to lead that change ourselves. Upper Medic was built on a deep understanding of healthcare realities and challenges, and on a clear vision to create a marketing agency that combines medical insight with digital rigor. We did not set out to become “just another marketing agency,” but rather a strategic partner working alongside healthcare leaders to build credible, thoughtful, and consistent presence aligned with their mission and objectives. Today, we serve healthcare organizations across nine countries, leading end-to-end strategies that start with brand identity and extend across every digital patient touchpoint—delivered in a way that speaks the language of trust and drives long-term success for our clients and our partnerships.
