UASOFTDEV
Founder-led staff augmentation of AI-Ready Senior Developers and Dedicated Teams in 60 hours
UASOFTDEV is a founder-led staff augmentation of AI-Ready Dedicated Teams and Senior Software Engineers for small-mid companies. We believe AI doesn't replace experienced engineers. It makes the right engineers dramatically more effective. That's why every developer we provide uses AI as part of their daily workflow with tools like Claude, Cursor and GitHub Copilot, while all architecture, technical decisions, code reviews and production releases remain under experienced human ownership. Main engagement models. Staff Augmentation for companies looking to extend their existing engineering team with senior talent, and AI-Ready Dedicated Teams for businesses that need a complete delivery team with technical leadership capable of owning products, features or entire engineering initiatives. Every engagement is led directly by our Founders. Aleksey, CEO, works closely with clients to understand product goals, business priorities and team dynamics. Oleksandr, CTO, personally evaluates every engineer for technical excellence, communication and problem-solving skills. Our work is built around four core values: quality, clarity, transparency and a personalized approach to every client engagement. The process is simple: after a discovery call, we match engineers to your technology stack, product domain and culture, present a CTO-vetted shortlist and run contracting alongside onboarding. Staffing typically happens within 60 hours. Today, our teams support startups and product companies across Europe, UK and North America. UASOFTDEV's track record includes a 97% first-candidate acceptance rate, a 95.65% first-match success rate and an average client engagement of over 13 months. Founders respond to critical issues within two working hours. Whether you need one senior engineer or an AI-Ready Dedicated Team, our goal is the same: help you ship faster with engineers who communicate clearly, contribute from day one and solve complex problems independently. 35 people in their team

Description UASOFTDEV builds and scales web applications for companies that need senior engineering capacity fast. We work as an extension of your team through staff augmentation or a fully dedicated team, matched to your stack within roughly 60 hours. What we deliver: Custom web applications on .NET, ASP.NET, C#, React, Node.js, PHP, and WordPress or Drupal when a CMS fits better. Admin dashboards, workflow tools, internal systems, and customer facing platforms built for maintainability, not just launch. Where we add value: Senior engineers only, vetted by our CTO before they ever meet a client. Clear technical ownership from architecture to release. AI coding tools speed up delivery, but every design decision, code review, and release stays human owned. DevOps and cloud setup (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) included when the project needs it, so the application ships on infrastructure that scales with your business. Typical use cases: Replacing an outgrown legacy web app. Standing up a new product without a 3 month hiring cycle. Adding senior React, Node.js, or .NET capacity to an existing team during a critical sprint. Building admin panels, dashboards, and internal tools that support day to day operations. How we work: You get a fixed point of contact, transparent scoping before work starts, and direct access to founders for anything critical. No black box subcontracting, no bench engineers learning on your budget. If you need a working web application, not just a proposal, tell us your stack, timeline, and current bottleneck. We will tell you honestly whether staff augmentation or a dedicated team fits better, and what it will cost to get there.Skills in Web Application (30) Web ApplicationWebsite CreationMobile AppAWS ConsultingAzure ConsultingBig DataGoogle Cloud Consulting.NETAI DevelopmentAngular Development+20Works in Web Application (3) Review in Web Application (1) David ShusterClients in Web Application (3) US Beauty startup (under NDA)BeautyDwellyReal EstateDevOps to split an enterprise data platformAutomotive
Learn more about Web ApplicationDescription UASOFTDEV delivers custom software development for companies that need senior engineering capacity without the overhead of building a team from scratch. We work as staff augmentation or a fully dedicated team, matched to your stack within roughly 60 hours, nearshore or offshore depending on what fits your budget and timezone. What we build: Enterprise and custom software on Java, Python, C#, C++, and Kotlin. Ecommerce platforms on Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Prestashop, and OpenCart, including custom integrations most agencies avoid. Mobile applications on Flutter and React Native, plus native Android. API and REST backend development for systems that need to talk to each other reliably. Where we add value: Senior engineers only, vetted by our CTO before they meet a client. Full Stack and Backend specialists who can own architecture, not just tickets. AI Development, Machine Learning, and AI Agents for teams adding intelligence to existing products, with AI coding tools speeding up delivery while every design decision and release stays human owned. Infrastructure and scale: DevOps Engineering, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud consulting, plus Docker, so what we build ships on infrastructure that scales with your business, not against it. Specialized builds: Game development in Unity and Unreal Engine, AR and VR experiences, and field operations or CRM applications for teams running custom internal workflows.Skills in Software Development (30) Game DevelopmentAWS ConsultingBig DataGoogle Cloud Consulting2D Game Development3D Game DevelopmentAgile DevelopmentAI DevelopmentAndroid App DevelopmentAndroid Game Development+20Works in Software Development (3) Clients in Software Development (3) US Beauty startup (under NDA)BeautyDwellyReal EstateDevOps to split an enterprise data platformAutomotive
