At the time, our website was out of date and wasn't very responsive. We wanted to update the look and feel and get more leads to our site that were qualified to actually make a sale. Up until this point, we were getting a lot of 'junk' leads. We needed to demonstrate our value and spend less time dealing with leads that weren't going anywhere. Not only did the TOPO team help rebuild the website, they actually provided us with a Digital Marketing Strategy, and completed technical and on-page optimization of all our pages (following a keyword research phase) so we'd be more readily found in the search engines. To kick-start our SEO, they helped us with content strategy and writing too! We couldn't be happier with the service received! They are an amazing team, ANYTIME we need anything they are always there and happy to take care of anything we ask.

We thought our brands were too complex to outsource SEO/Writing work. Technical products and difficult to write for without being in the industry. Previous to working with this firm we had a bad taste in our mouth from other content writers, the content we were getting just wasn't good. Olivia & Kim proved us wrong, but we were very skeptical at first. We finally bit the bullet and let them write just 1 piece for us. They delivered that piece in under 24 hours (at ~3am I might add) and it was everything we were hoping it would be. Fast forward a few more days and we decided to let them develop a full SEO strategy for us. This portion was quite expensive and I can see a lot of business owners thinking they can skip this portion. Don't! They provided valuable incite to us when doing this research & creating ideas for topics. Having a plan is so important! It allows them to then create content with your plan in mind, and imo probably saved us substantial cost since they did all the research all at once. The writing thus far has been beyond what we could have produced on our own. The attention to detail and creative uses of our target keywords is not something we've ever done that well. They also provide all the formatting, whether that be bolding the right words, italics, all the header tags [h1,h2,ect]. Bulleted lists... These are all things that not only help with readability, but also help with SEO. The easier your content is for a human to understand, the easier for Google! I cannot recommend this firm enough. They have been wonderful for us and we are still using them to this day. Right now we are about 15-20 articles in, and adding more all the time!
