Ton van Bragt Design
As Principal Design Manager at P&G Beauty Greater China, Senior Art Director at Philips Design and Creative Director of my own design firms in Malaysia, Hong Kong and The Netherlands, I have had extensive experience with branding, packaging design and the development of integrated marketing communication campaigns on a global scale. Most recently at P&G, I worked with external design agencies and managed the development of 4 packaging programmes for Vidal Sassoon (Hair Care) by premiumising the packaging and enhancing the shoppability both online and offline. The total brand identity was revitalised to better appeal to the demanding young Chinese consumer in the increasingly competitive beauty segment. These initiatives have launched into the market in Q4 2019. Additionally, as design consultant to Philips Design for more than 16 years, I delivered packaging and brand communication programs that led to a stronger visual brand presence in the marketplace by successfully co-developing and applying the global brand identity to local initiatives and thus enabling consistency across multiple touch-points, delivering a holistic 360 brand experience to the consumer. My strength lies in translating solid business strategies into robust, impactful and compelling brand programs that deliver measurable and lasting impact to the business. I am currently based in Bali, Indonesia
