What was the objective behind your collaboration?The agency helped us develop a solution for our clients' booking and appointment management needs in the Shopify store environment. They needed a simple, intuitive app that was complete enough to cover all features relevant to our client's business model, a class-based business model encompassing: registration, payments, cancellation policy, group bookings, flexibility rules, scheduling, availability managing, and calendar integrations into Shopify storefronts.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The communication was very fluid. They started by having a brief call to assess our specific needs and made sure to get exactly what we were looking for. After the initial call, they sent a brief for us to confirm all of the required features and other characteristics were being accurately addressed, so we knew we were in the right track from the get-go.
