The ALGORITM
AI automation for small service businesses in Québec
The ALGORITM is an AI automation studio in Lévis, Québec, founded in 2026 by Mathias Pouliot. We work with owners of small service businesses who have everything going through them: quote requests, invoices, client follow-ups, emails. We connect AI to the software the business already uses (QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, CRMs, messaging apps) and automate the work that comes back every week: quotes and draft estimates, invoicing and payment reminders, lead tracking, client onboarding, sales dashboards, public tender monitoring. Anything that goes out can stay a draft until the owner approves it. We build on n8n, including self-hosted at the client, and every automation is tested before going live, documented, and owned by the client. Recent work: client onboarding for framehit (video agency) and quote-to-QuickBooks for Entretiens Dubreuil (property maintenance, Québec City). Every project starts with a free 30-minute audit. Description We connect AI to the software a small service business already uses (QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, its CRM and messaging apps) and automate the admin work that lands on the owner's desk every week: quotes and draft estimates, invoicing and payment reminders, lead tracking, client onboarding.
