Tandem IA
Custom AI agents for SMBs. Your teams. Your agents. In tandem.
Tandem IA is an agency that designs, builds and operates custom AI agents for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). Founded in 2026 by Juan Sebastian Avila Rodriguez and based in Montreal, Quebec, we work 100% remotely in French, Spanish and English with clients in Quebec, across Canada, the French-speaking world and Latin America. Like on a tandem bicycle, the human sits in front: they see the road and make the decisions. The agent rides behind and provides the power. Every agent is designed from scratch around your processes, rules and tools. It takes over repetitive work (data entry, follow-ups, sorting, document preparation, tracking) and your team approves every sensitive step. Our rule: every agent must pay for itself in 3 months or less through the hours it saves. If the math doesn't work, we don't propose it. Fixed-price services: AI training for leadership, AI assessment, first custom AI agent, company memory, AI operating system, ongoing operations, plus websites and web and mobile apps built in days rather than months.
