This document becomes the shared foundation that guides the entire production. From there, our team takes care of every aspect of development: Game design: core loop, mechanics, level design, progression, and balancing Art and visual design: concept art, characters, environments, UI/UX, and animation Programming: gameplay systems, tools, optimization, and platform integration Narrative: worldbuilding, story, dialogue, and writing Testing and QA: playtesting, bug fixing, and polish
