What was the objective behind your collaboration?To build a new Superstore concept for Oxfam GB, that was true to our brand yet creating a distinct and powerful retail experience

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The Start team take great care to understand your business, culture and goals before creating the concept. Like most creatives, they are fun to work with, but grounded and practical

What was the objective behind your collaboration?To design a new retail concept that would radically shift service, sales, and brand image into a more contemporary space, befitting the largest non-oil corporation in the UAE.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?That the relationship and way of working was collaborative. Listening, challenging, and pushing each other to the limit to achieve the best outcome for the customer, the staff and the brand.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?To launch Bloc's branding in a grown up considered fashion, transforming the business from the inside out.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Great people to work with, enjoyed seeing the material come to life so completely. It's rare to see a strategy genuinely translate into the creative output.

Are there any areas for improvements?It's a tricky line to tread between client and agency on timings - as a client we probably need more pressure to stay on time which I would be happy to receive. Planning feedback to give client more time and delivery could be tighter.
