What was the objective behind your collaboration?Build a marketing strategy and develop our website
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?You can expect to have the personalized experience that you have with smaller firms, but the results and level of services/products that you have with the bigger firms. The difference? They will charge you a fraction of what those big firms will invoice you. Over these months, I have worked with several members of the company, and without exception, they went the extra mile every time. They focus on making your business successful, not just on delivering whatever you contracted them for. They are business-minded, and small business owners themselves so they understand your situation and needs from day one. On the other hand, their previous experience at big firms becomes evident when you see what they are capable to do. I contracted them for several services, being one the building of a website. What was the objective behind your collaboration?We are a small company offering high-class guided tours of Morocco, and we knew we needed a much better website to expand our business and appeal to the right demographic. We wanted a totally new website based on Wordpress.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?David Gaz was the project manager during our collaboration, and he was fantastic to work with. David asked us really probing questions to really understand our business and goals, and this in turn really helped us to understand what we wanted our website to do. He was also incredibly patient with us (we are IT dinosaurs!) and provided a huge amount of encouragement and support. 3 training sessions for us were built into the project, and David and all the team at BOSP made every effort to empower us to have control over our new website and be able to manage it ourselves.
Are there any areas for improvements?We don't think there is any way that BOSP could improve their service.
