StoryWir sind Service Works, eine Service Design Beratung aus Hürth, gegründet 2010. Seitdem treiben uns zwei einfache Überzeugungen an: Gute Dienstleistungen entstehen aus echtem Verständnis der Nutzer und aus der Zusammenarbeit mit denen, die sie später anbieten. In zahlreichen Workshops und Co‑Creation‑Sessions haben wir gelernt, wie wertvoll die Stimmen von Kund*innen und Mitarbeitenden sind. Unser Alltag ist geprägt von visuellen Prototypen, greifbaren Konzepten und dem ständigen Übersetzen von Beobachtungen in konkrete Ideen. Herausforderungen wie Widerstände gegen Veränderung oder unklare Kundenbedürfnisse begegnen wir offen — gemeinsam mit unseren Auftraggebern. Wir lieben es, Lösungen zu entwickeln, die nicht nur funktionieren, sondern Menschen tatsächlich begeistern.
