SANCANTIA is a Spanish AI and automation consultancy helping SMEs and independent professionals implement artificial intelligence with a business-first approach. Unlike pure tech agencies, SANCANTIA operates as a business consultancy that uses AI as a tool — not the other way around. Services include: free AI diagnostic (15-minute initial assessment), AI automation (intelligent chatbots, AI agents, process automation for invoicing, emails and appointments), business intelligence (dashboards and KPIs), AI process optimisation, and strategic AI consulting. In-company AI training is also available, aligned with the AI literacy obligation set out in Article 4 of the EU AI Act. SANCANTIA operates as a core team backed by an international network of AI and automation specialists across Spain, Europe, the United States and India. This allows projects to scale to the expertise each one needs, without the overhead and rigidity of a large consultancy. Founded by Estela Molinero Quintana, with professional experience across Spain and the United States, including international business development at Grupo Mapfre (IBEX 35), where she led the international department managing partners across five continents. University education split between Spain and the United States (Business Administration at Universidad de Alcalá, with full scholarships at Rider University and University of Oklahoma), followed by executive training in MBA, Innovation and Digital Transformation. Recognitions: Junior Entrepreneur Award at the 5th Entrepreneurship Awards of Universidad de Alcalá; finalist in the Advanced Projects category at the UCem 2025 Awards of Universidad de Cantabria. Member of the DIHBU startup collective (Digital Innovation Hub, Burgos). Headquartered at CDTUC (University of Cantabria Technology Development Centre) in Santander, serving SMEs across all of Spain and international projects on request.
