What was the objective behind your collaboration?Establish a website to inform prospective customers about products and services, as well as to communicate brand strengths.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?This project was a success, and we are delighted with the outcome. It was a very collaborative process, so our team was able to build to their exact specifications. Our company has already received a strong, positive response from its target audience and beyond.

Are there any areas for improvements?PurpleFire does a fantastic job so there is not much to say. No improvements are needed by me

What was the objective behind your collaboration?The goal of the redesign was to increase conversions and reduce friction in the customer journey. It was critical for us to hire a team with experience in the area. PurpleFire filled that role and helped with the redesign concept.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?PurpleFire delivered quality work very quickly, while at the same time being very efficient. Our team is impressed with their work. There were no problems with the deliverables. I was pleased with the price. In the future, I would like to work with them again.

Are there any areas for improvements?We did have a communication gap at the beginning, but the team was prompt enough to resolve the issue and continue to meet the goals of the project.
