What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed an AV partner to help bring our event to life and give it our client the professional and elegant atmosphere conducive to collaboration.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Oscar and his team were very proactive and involved in every step of the process. Even in the face of last minute changes the team was always positive and solution oriented. Communication was great. They did a site visit, provided renderings and photographs where possible and they provided solutions to our unique requests.

Are there any areas for improvements?We had a challenge with billing but it was resolved quickly.
