What was the objective behind your collaboration?We hired Pansyer to completely overhaul our digital presence as we scaled across Europe. The main thing they did was set up a multi-domain system. Instead of one clunky site with a translation toggle, they built three separate, high-speed sites for our Bulgarian, Romanian, and English markets. They handled everything from the initial UX strategy to the technical SEO (like hreflang tags) to make sure we ranked correctly in each country.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What I enjoyed most was their technical honesty. Pansyer doesn't just build what you ask for; they build what actually works for your business. Their ability to take a complex, multi-domain international setup and make it look easy was impressive. They functioned more like a high-level technical partner than a standard dev shop, always prioritizing site speed and lead qualification over 'flashy' features that don't convert.

Are there any areas for improvements?To be honest, it’s hard to find fault with the technical output. If I had to pick something, it would be that they are so focused on technical performance and 'clean' architecture that they can sometimes be a bit too direct in their feedback.
