What we do. Outboundwell builds and runs cold email outbound for B2B companies: ICP research and list building, sending infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, DNS and email authentication, warm-up), copywriting, sending, reply handling, and booking meetings onto the client's calendar. How we are paid. $250 per held qualified meeting. Held, not booked: a qualified decision-maker who matches the ICP agreed in writing at kickoff and who actually attended. A no-show never bills. At a 60% show rate, a $500 booked meeting costs about $830 per meeting that actually happens. What we do not charge. No retainer, no minimum meeting commitment, and no fee for our time. A one-time $750 setup covers everything up to a verified launch: authenticated infrastructure, the client's market sized against real contact counts, copy they approved, and an inbox placement test passed before a single prospect is emailed. Sending infrastructure is passed through at cost from $249 a month and stops when sending stops. What clients can check. Every booking appears in their portal the day it is made, with the evidence attached, and they have three business days to dispute any entry. A disputed meeting is never billed. Every domain is registered to the client's brand and transfers to them free on request. Who it suits.
