StoryWe began in 2014 as a small, international group of coaches and consultants convinced that teams are the engine of innovation. From our bases in New York and Utrecht we’ve guided organisations through the messy, human work of agile transformation — reshaping strategy, leadership and day-to-day team practice. We believe everybody can be a changemaker, so we focus on practical, people-centred approaches like Agile HR, Agile Marketing, DAOs and public change management. As practitioners, trainers and authors (Scrum, 2015; Agile HR, 2017) we combine lived experience with curiosity and boldness. The reward for us is simple: watching teams claim ownership and deliver real, sustainable change.
