Ongoing project for OJO Sunglasses in the E-commerce industry for a audience since 2017.The ClientOJO Sunglasses has grown and massively expanded in 5 countries within a short period of just 5 years. It is currently the most successful chain of sunglasses in Cyprus.OJO’s relative accumulated revenue across the chain has made it the only dominant sunglasses retail chain of its kind in Cyprus and Greece. Maintaining its strong and reputable brand name in these countries, OJO’s franchises can enjoy continued growth similar to the strongest fashion-orientated retail chains in the world. Our Approach:Our first step was to carry out research in order to better understand our target audience. This was done through Hotjar and Google analytics. Understanding the current pain points and behaviours of the users before starting the design process helped us better address their needs! We then decided on interaction channels and devices. Since we were mainly targeting young adults, the OJO eCommerce site had to be fully optimised for tablets and mobile phones as well, not just desktop, since many of our users would be reaching us on mobile. After deciding on channels and devices, we mapped out a typical Customer Journey in order to make smarter decisions regarding products, marketing, UX/UI, and merchandising. We then prioritised the features we were going to use in our designs using the MoSCoW method. This method is most effective when it comes to prioritising requirements for projects with fixed or tight deadlines! We completed our research stage by doing competitor analysis and looking at best practises for current eCommerce trends. Our UX research pointed us towards these principles: * Effortless: Minimum effort from the user. * Decision-Making: Choices shown clearly and simply. * Engagement Loop: Users can build and enhance their shopping experience. * Findable: Users don’t get lost navigating. * Desirable: The look and feel are enjoyable so users return. * Easy: Consistent and clear layout and functionality. We then created low and high fidelity wireframes and revised until we reached our final, desired result.

Project made for Cobalt in the Travel & Leisure industry for a audience. The ClientCobalt is an international airline with its principal place of business in Cyprus. The airline currently flies to 20 destinations across 12 countries. It is the largest airline from the Republic of Cyprus and the only Cypriot airline with both an IATA membership and an IOSA certification. Our ApproachWe made the main feature of the home page the search engine, to help visitors easily search for one-way or return flights, car hire, and hotels. The search engine was placed on top of a carousel of hero images which alternate every few seconds and show different destinations, and feature CTAs such as “Book Now.”A menu bar across the top of the home page allows visitors to quickly navigate to the Offers page, where they can find a listing of different destinations, presented in the form of photographs. Each photograph features a banner that carries the name of the city and the starting price for flights to that particular destination. The menu bar also grants easy access to a Flights section, Booking, Journey, and About Us.
Project made for London Credit in the Banking & Financials industry for a audience. The ClientLondon Credit is a London-based lender providing business-purpose bridging finance loans to London-based borrowers and business owners. These loans are in turn provided as a short-term investment product to investors from all around the world.London Credit helps British, European, and international professional investors, institutional clients, and high-net worth families to structure their business and manage syndicated and bespoke real estate, credit, and private investments. Our ApproachThe first step was to visually separate the two major services of the business, Invest and Borrow, and make them easily distinguishable from one another. We used the recognisable brand colours, red and blue, to highlight the sections with. To stick to the minimalist approach, we chose either white or grey for the rest of our texts and backgrounds.By placing a Loan Portfolio in the Invest section, Case Studies in the Borrow section, and CTAs in both sections, we achieved a final result which clearly indicates the London Credit expertise and integrity, and invites visitors to get in contact. A third and final category, Knowledge Center, was placed at the bottom of the home page, and was used as a means to share extra information with the visitors, such as key industry publications and London Credit’s own news and events.
Project made for ANT1 Radio in the Media industry for a audience. The ClientAnt1 Radio is a popular radio station broadcasting music all across Cyprus. The radio station plays the latest and biggest Greek hits, and broadcasts a number of daily talk shows.Listeners can enjoy Ant1 Radio at 102.7 and 103.7FM, as well as through the website and the iOS and Android mobile apps that we built. For the website we used Thunder, the open-source, Drupal 8-based Content Management System. Our ApproachWe arranged things according to content hierarchy, or each section’s level of importance. On desktop, the website includes a navigation bar across the top, which includes: News, Events, DJs/Producers, Shows, Artists, and Playlists. The white background gives the website a tidy feel to it, and offers balance against the “louder” pink, purple, and blue hues that were chosen for the links, icons, and headers. At the bottom of the screen there is a fixed Play button that stays in place regardless of scrolling, which allows visitors to quickly tune in and listen to Ant1 Radio.
