OMOSA is a Paris-based eCommerce growth agency. We see ourselves as your outsourced eCommerce team, specialized in fashion and lifestyle brands on Shopify and Klaviyo. Why we exist: most brands work with a CRM agency, a paid agency, a developer, and so on. Lots of partners, very little real steering. We bring strategy, execution and economic accountability together in one team. We work across three poles: ATTRACT: acquire the right traffic at the right cost (Meta, Google & co). ACTIVATE: convert that traffic by managing conversion, offer and operations in Shopify, with a dedicated eCommerce director and eCommerce manager. RETAIN: build loyalty and grow customer value over time with email, SMS and WhatsApp on Klaviyo. You can hand us one pole, two, or all three. Our playground is fashion and lifestyle, 100% DTC. Our ideal partner is a brand that has found its product-market fit, sits around €700k to €1M+ in online revenue, and wants to go much further on eCommerce and international. We have supported around 50 brands since launch, with about 20 active today. In 2025 we managed €32M in revenue and €7M in ad spend. Before OMOSA, I spent 10 years on the brand side, most recently as Digital and eCommerce Director. My team shares that background: we think like brands, because we come from brands.
