Our methodology We use a pragmatic product operating model built around six repeatable stages: Discover (Context + Outcomes) We align stakeholders on the problem, target users, constraints, and success metrics. We capture the “why now,” define desired outcomes (not outputs), and agree decision rights and ways of working. Define (Value + Scope) We translate goals into a clear product scope: personas, JTBD, user journeys, value propositions, and acceptance criteria. We define MVP vs. later iterations and remove ambiguity early. Validate (Evidence before Build) We test assumptions quickly using lightweight prototypes, stakeholder walkthroughs, data review, and user feedback.
