What was the objective behind your collaboration?I am the Strategic Engagement Manager. The Giving Back Fund is a national non-profit organization that encourages and facilitates charitable giving by professional athletes, celebrities, high-net-worth individuals, existing non-profit organizations, corporations and others who truly desire to give back. We needed help reviewing our website to improve conversion rate, SEO, aesthetics, and brand messaging. MTechZilla provided feedback and recommendations on how to improve our website's conversion rate, SEO, aesthetics, and brand messaging.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?I am the Founder of Activate Maine. A pro-democracy website aggregating events, information, community and activism in the state of Maine. Our objective was to review the relaunch of our site assuring most effective and best practices. The scope was: current review of proposed WordPress layout and design; review goals for site and capabilities and limitations; brainstorm and offer solutions to achieve goals.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?I enjoyed the scalable suggestions for limited budgets and future budgets, the consideration of disability accessibility, the design options, suggestion and guidance, the capability job descriptions for each proposed project and vetting guidance. BONUS of alignment of values including: Inspiration, Motivation, Relatability and Respect, and the mix of creativity, capability, relatability, and respect was astounding. I was rendered speechless multiple times with the customized and thoughtful suggestions to my goals and challenges. It was clear they aren't an out of the box, short cut, canned solutions group. I left feeling as though I was in good hands and could reach out to them when necessary.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?BACKGROUND I am the Consultant -Organization Development of Asian Bridge India. Asian Bridge India (ABI) is a trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act in 2009. We are a team of dedicated educators, activists, and community leaders working together to uplift marginalized populations in Varanasi, India. Since its establishment, ABI has been committed to improving the lives of those affected by poverty, violence, and systemic discrimination. Our objectives were to improve and revamp the website, make the web site more user friendly, and integrate fund raising campaings in the website. The website of Asian Bridge India had several limitations related to its template and overall structure. The site was comparatively slow due to excessive animations, unnecessary plugins, and duplicate pages, which affected its performance and user experience. The professional team at MTechZilla has helped optimize the website and significantly improve its loading speed. Their work also included making the site more user-friendly and streamlined to better support fundraising efforts. In addition, the overall layout and structure of the website have been greatly improved, making it more compact, accessible, and easier for visitors to navigate.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The project resulted in several measurable improvements to the Asian Bridge India website. The site's loading speed was significantly increased by removing unnecessary animations, duplicate pages, and optimizing plugins, which enhanced overall performance and stability. The website structure and layout were redesigned to make it more compact, user-friendly, and easier to navigate. In addition, the content presentation was streamlined to better highlight the organization's programs, impact, and engagement opportunities, thereby strengthening the website's effectiveness as a platform for communication and fundraising. We were most impressed by their technical expertise and practical approach to improving the website. They quickly identified key issues and implemented effective solutions to enhance speed, usability, and overall performance. The overall experience was positive.
