More Congress is an agency specializing in the design and management of corporate events and congresses, born from the idea that behind every successful event there is an unseen organization. For us, an event is not just a date on the agenda: it is a complex system made up of people, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations. Our job is to ensure that everything works, even that which remains invisible. We support companies, bodies, and institutions in every phase of the project, from defining objectives to operational realization, taking care of complete organization, secretariat, logistics, supplier coordination, guest management, and constant support before, during, and after the event. We believe in tailor-made events, not replicated ones. We don't start from the format: we start from the people. First we listen, then we build, finally we coordinate. We work with method, precision, and strategic vision, combining creativity and operational control. The client has a single point of contact and a clear workflow, without rushing or uncertainty. We specialize in: – Medical, scientific, and technical congresses – Corporate and institutional events – Conventions and meetings – Training events and workshops – Gala dinners and product launches – Tailor-made events built on the client's real needs Our goal is not to amaze with special effects, but to build trust over time: to make the client say at the end of the event, “Everything went as it should have.
